This policy explains what information Beyond Better Studio collects when you use this website or request a free draft, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Beyond Better Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio operated by Ben Sheetrit. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us any time at sheetritben@gmail.com.

What information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the "free draft" form, we collect:

• Your business name
• Your email address
• A short description of your business (whatever you type in the message box)

We do not ask for payment details, government IDs, or sensitive personal information through this site. We do not run advertising trackers or build a profile on you. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you a free draft of a website.
• To reply to your message and discuss your project.
• To provide, quote, and deliver our services if you choose to work with us.
• To keep records of our communications and agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we're allowed to use it

Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (you submitted the form to ask for a draft) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Supabase — securely stores the details you submit through the form.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website (and handles security/anti-abuse).
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site; your browser requests them from Google, which may receive your IP address.
• Email providers — used to receive and reply to your message.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. Because we don't drop non-essential cookies, you won't see a cookie consent banner. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first.

How long we keep your information

We keep the details you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for as long as our business relationship and our legal and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see your rights below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain uses.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email sheetritben@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly. We will never charge you or discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect your information

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
